I've just put up five pictures under emotive portraits of my cousin Melissa. I guess you could say I wanted to try my hand at photography (rather than just taking pictures) and so she decided to try her hand at modeling for me. I think we both did a good job... certainly nothing astounding, but I like our results. I did the poses and setup, told her what emotion to express but she did a fantastic job of bringing those emotions across on her face. I mean, she really looks like she's ready to cry or punch someone in some of them. I'm going to add some I didn't like as much to my scraps along with one of her laughing that I took in between shots of despair and lost so feel free to check those out too if you're interested.
